Coaching & Consulting

Dynamic systems change — whether through grants, initiatives, or other programmatic efforts — is complicated and complex. We believe in the power of relational, strengths-based consultation to get desired results. We meet you where you are in your efforts and co-construct where you’d like to go, coordinating seamless access to a constellation of resources.

Workshops & Trainings

We cultivate professional development opportunities for you and your partners that steward best thinking, creativity, authentic engagement, and motivation to change. From conference keynotes to train-the-trainer events to multiple-day facilitation, we lead learning experiences that inform and inspire.

Product & Resource Development

Tell the story of your work and its impact through short films, multimedia presentations, infographics, reports, and more. Promote community change with outreach materials that educate and engage. Let us help you develop guidebooks and toolkits to organize and enhance your practices.

Event Planning & Cultivation

Convenings are key to connecting stakeholders, building alliances, and fostering momentum. Access customized support for all phases of your event, including agenda development, speaker outreach, marketing, day-of facilitation, and everything in between.

Evaluation

Demonstrating the value and impact of your efforts is important and necessary. We can support you in designing your program evaluation, conducting needs and resource assessments, collecting and analyzing data, addressing funder-specified performance measures, and communicating your findings.

Project Management

We provide friendly, meticulous support for creating actionable timelines and plans, adapting to real-world challenges, and managing day-to-day progress toward goals – so that you can focus on the big picture.
