Lynn facilitates all aspects of CPI trainings, including event planning, evaluation tracking, marketing, and working with requestors and consultants. Before joining CARS, Lynn developed expertise in a variety of administrative roles by working in the areas of sales, analysis, database management, business management, project management, human resource management, accounting, contracting, and high-level administrative support. Lynn previously worked for the United State Department of Agriculture and other government agencies. She also owned and operated her own successful appraisal and consulting firm, overseeing all aspects of business operations. At CARS, Lynn provides support for data capture, analysis, and reporting from incoming evaluation datasets. She assists with accounting and administrative support for the NITT, CPI, and CCC SMHP projects, and she helps facilitate CARS’ human resources and office management functions.
Lynn has been awarded an Associate Sciences Degree from Santa Rosa Junior College in Sustainable Agriculture and is continuing her pursuit of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management at Sonoma State University. Lynn volunteers with several conservation groups promoting the sustainability of local ecosystems for the enjoyment and benefit of future generations. She enjoys gardening, homesteading, food preservation, sewing, crafts, playing fiddle, and riding horseback.
