Senior Research Associate
Amy is a project director with 13 years of experience in local, state and federally funded programs. She currently serves as Project Director for the California Community College Student Mental Health Program. She brings substantive knowledge and skills specific to training and technical assistance, general planning and program implementation, administrative oversight, reporting and data management, grants management, and administration for a variety of health and human social services programs in areas including emergency management for schools and institutions of higher education, mental health services for youth and young adults, and aging and disability services. She is also involved in conference and event planning for multiple clients, conducting site visits related to legislative and policy implementation of school climate, and evaluating and analyzing school level participation in prevention services.
Amy received her Master’s in Public Policy and Administration degree from the California State University, Sacramento. Inspired by Huell Howser, Amy loves to go camping in the summer and RV’ing in the winter. She also finds delight watching her chickens: Buffy, Buttercup, and Miss B. Her guilty pleasure is reading books with either a paranormal or dystopian theme.
