CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

CARS staff and consultants develop over 20 new training curriculums each year. All curriculums are reviewed every two years to determine their continued viability and relevance given new findings occurring in the prevention research field. As a result, CARS portfolio reflects current or emerging perspectives concerning prevention strategies, policies or program developments.

Meet the Author
Christina Borbely is a CARS consultant and has contributed to a number of curriculums and publications. Prior to joining CARS, Christina was a member of the research staff at Columbia University’s National Center for Children and Families. Her work in the field of youth development and prevention programs has been presented at national conferences and published in academic journals.
